- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Solid knowledge of application design and configuration within SAP environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to manage and coordinate development activities across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and deployment processes.
