Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description: Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards.

The engineer works on implementing generative AI models and may engage in projects involving deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of AI technologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions into broader business processes.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and implementing AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and image processing solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex AI system issues to maintain production quality.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
