Business Development Manager – Adtric

Location: NCR | Experience: 3–7 years | Industry: Advertising / Digital / Creative

We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager who understands advertising, brands and agency business and can build meaningful client relationships while driving recent business for Adtric.

What you’ll do:

- Identify and generate new business through Linked In, direct outreach, networking and industry events.
- Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers and business leaders.
- Understand client challenges and pitch relevant solutions across creative, branding, digital marketing, websites, performance marketing, brand films, social media, AI, SEO/AEO and GEO.
- Participate in industry events, conferences and networking platforms to create opportunities.
- Develop compelling pitches and presentations in collaboration with the creative, strategy and digital teams.




- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brands and agency accounts.

What we’re looking for:

- 3–7 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, creative or agency business development.
- Strong understanding of how brands and advertising agencies work.
- Ability to understand and sell creative ideas, not just media or marketing services.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong passion for brands, advertising, creativity and emerging AI-led marketing.
- A proactive, target-oriented professional who enjoys meeting people and winning new business.
