We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist with solid expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management. The candidate will be responsible for governing IT changes, minimizing service disruptions, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices to maintain service stability and operational excellence.

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.

Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders, business processes, and organizational risks.

Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement activities to build sponsorship and support for change initiatives.

Design and execute communication plans, including executive messaging, leadership communications, and end-user engagement campaigns.

Develop and deliver training strategies, learning materials, and user readiness programs.

Monitor organizational readiness and adoption metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Identify and manage resistance, risks, and issues related to organizational change.

Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, HR, and technical teams to integrate change management activities into project lifecycles.

Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions to support transformation efforts.

Establish and maintain change governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Business Transformation, or related areas.
