## Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented **Relationship Manager** to drive Demat account acquisition and stock broking sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building solid relationships with existing and potential investors.

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate new clients for **Demat and Trading account opening** through calls, references, field visits, and other channels.
* Achieve monthly sales and account-opening targets.
* Explain the company's stock broking products, trading platforms, investment services, and account features to prospective clients.
* Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular support.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling investment and financial products.




* Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, conversions, and client interactions.
* Stay updated on market trends and basic knowledge of equity, mutual funds, IPOs, and other investment products.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable KYC/account-opening processes.

## Candidate Requirements

* **1–3 years of experience** in stock broking, Demat account sales, BFSI, financial services, or related sales roles.
* Experience in **Demat/Trading account acquisition** will be preferred.
* Strong communication and convincing skills.
* Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
* Ability to generate leads through both online and offline channels.
* Good relationship-building and client-handling skills.
* Basic understanding of the stock market and investment products.
* Graduate in any discipline preferred.
