Omji is an ashram aggregator platform enabling spiritual travelers to discover, evaluate, and book meaningful spiritual experiences with clarity and trust. We work closely with ashrams to bring their offerings online and make spiritual stays more accessible and transparent.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Operations Executive who will own our property portfolio across our own website and all online partner platforms, act as the point of contact for sales support, and help the team stay responsive on partner platforms. This is a hands-on operational role that also involves supporting the team with creatives and video content, so an eye for detail and comfort with basic design tools is important.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the new property onboarding process
- Managing the property portfolio on our own website and all online partner platforms, ensuring listings are complete, accurate, and up to date
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and information accuracy

- Act as the point of contact for all sales support

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and access to sales assets




- Support the team with creatives on Canva, such as sales brochures, and edit property videos
- Check and respond to sales enquiries on partner platforms within defined turnaround times

- Own and manage our sales and marketing tech stack, including Zoho CRM, TailorTalk, Exotel, our reservation system, Djubo, and the website CMS
- Assist the team with other operational and analytical tasks as required

Requirements

- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools, and basic video editing preffered
- Prior experience with CRM/telephony/CMS tools preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Interest in travel, hospitality, or spirituality is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
