Job Summary
The PSC Process Automation Analytics Specialist supports data-driven decision-making across People Strategy Culture (PSC) by analyzing process performance, generating insights, and providing visibility into key operational metrics. This role partners with PSC, HCM Systems, and Strategic Initiatives teams to deliver reporting and analytical support that informs prioritization, solution design, and continuous improvement. The Specialist ensures decisions are grounded in accurate data, transparent trends, and measurable outcomes to enhance scalability and employee experience.
Responsibilities
Process Analysis Optimization Enablement
- Analyze PSC workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and quantify automation and digital enablement opportunities.
- Provide data-driven input into workflow design, automation requirements, and prioritization.
- Partner with Systems and HCM teams to align solutions with operational needs.
- Monitor outcomes of changes (process and automation) to support continuous improvement.
Data Analysis Insights
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Define and refine KPIs aligned to business priorities.
- Deliver transparent, concise reporting to support leadership decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Systems, HCM, Digital, and Strategic Program teams to support initiatives and reporting.
- Provide data inputs to inform process enhancements and automation efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on process performance and key metrics.
Process Visualization
- Develop high-level process views and metrics mapping.
- Provide data-backed comparisons of current vs. target state performance.
- Maintain sufficient process knowledge to accurately interpret data.

Other Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Translate data into clear, executive-ready insights.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data structures.
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to influence and collaborate without direct ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, PSC, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations, or process improvement
- Experience in cross-functional environments, ideally within PSC or People Operations.
Promotion to the next level is not automatic based on years of experience. Personnel are evaluated on proven competency, level of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
