Position Overview:

The Credit Control Manager will be responsible for monitoring customer credit, ensuring timely collection of receivables, minimizing credit risk, and maintaining healthy cash flow for Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC. The role requires strong analytical ability, coordination skills, and understanding of financial documentation within the jewellery and technical service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit & Collection Management

- Monitor and track outstanding payments from clients and service partners.
- Ensure timely collection of dues by following up via calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly ageing reports of receivables.
- Coordinate with sales, technical teams, and client accounts to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and recommend credit limit revisions when required.

Billing & Documentation

- Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.




- Work with the finance team to reconcile customer accounts and ledger entries.

Risk Assessment & Reporting

- Evaluate customer payment patterns and highlight high-risk accounts.
- Prepare credit reports and present monthly outstanding summaries to management weekly.

Coordination & Support

- Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Finance Departments to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Address queries from internal teams and clients regarding billing or credit terms.
- Provide support during financial closing activities and cash flow planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of credit control processes and financial documentation
- Valuable understanding of receivables management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP systems, and Odoo accounting tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
