Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted set of potential candidates.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-6 Months of experience in Recruitment.

- Robust understanding of technical skills required for different roles within an organization's technology stack.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates alike.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
