Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and deep expertise in one or more of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM.

The candidate will be responsible for defining scalable and secure ServiceNow architecture, providing technical leadership, working closely with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.

- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation initiatives.

- Define overall platform architecture, technical standards, governance, and best practices.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Lead solution design discussions, architecture workshops, and technical reviews.

- Provide architecture and technical guidance to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and technical teams.

- Review technical designs and configurations to ensure scalability, maintainability, and adherence to platform standards.

- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.

- Define integration approaches using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other ServiceNow capabilities.

- Ensure effective implementation and governance of CMDB and CSDM where applicable.

- Drive platform performance optimization, security, access controls, and governance.

- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform improvement.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, new platform capabilities, and industry best practices.

Required Experience




- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- Strong experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent senior technical role.

- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

- Experience leading technical teams and providing architecture guidance.

- Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing technical discussions.

- Strong experience with integrations and enterprise application architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Mandatory Certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory

Preferred Certifications
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- Relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM/SAM, or other ServiceNow modules

- ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification
