Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, field visits, references, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and property/project walkthroughs.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and closure.
- Build solid relationships with customers and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences in the Coimbatore market.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 - 10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Real Estate Sales / Field Sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the Coimbatore market will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales results.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for field sales roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and a positive attitude may also be considered.
