- Manage outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Process customer orders, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone or email.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products/services and increase revenue.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre setting with focus on international sales (US market preferred).
- Strong cold calling skills with ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- Proficiency in processing international transactions using various software platforms (e.g., CRM systems).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
