Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout the call.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within the defined timelines.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM/system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
- Achieve defined targets related to quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.




- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Freshers are welcome; prior international voice/BPO experience is an advantage.

- Neutral/clear English accent.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
