- The ideal candidate will have experience as a Field Manager (FM) or Senior FM in a reputable pharmaceutical company. Experience in OTC or FMCG sectors is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 15 years of relevant industry experience is required.
- Leadership skills are essential, as the candidate will be groomed for a potential Territory Manager role within 2-3 years after establishing the physio network.
- In addition to covering physiotherapists, ACEs will also engage with sports institutions and gyms.
