Key responsibilities:

1.Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments.
Patient Communication: Answering inquiries, offering support with a compassionate approach, and educating patients on procedures.
Follow-ups & Outreach: Making outbound calls for appointment reminders, post-treatment follow-ups, and gathering feedback.
Data Management: Updating patient records in EHR systems with call outcomes and ensuring data accuracy.
Compliance: Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining strict confidentiality.
