Albert Learning is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Online English Language Trainers to teach English to French-speaking learners. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and intermediate or higher proficiency in French, as French may be used when required to assist learners, clarify concepts, or support communication during English language sessions.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about teaching and helping learners build confidence in their English communication skills, while being able to provide assistance and communicate in French when required during English language sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive online English language training sessions focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Deliver lessons through video conferencing platforms in an engaging and student-centric manner.
- Prepare and customize lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' learning needs and proficiency levels.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to suit different age groups, learning styles, and language abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop, evaluate, and enhance training courses, learning materials, and related services.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive and supportive online classroom environment.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in French is required.
- Freshers with strong language skills and an interest in teaching are welcome to apply

Technical Requirements

Candidates should have:

- A laptop or desktop with a functional webcam and microphone.
- A stable broadband internet connection.
- A backup internet connection (preferred).
- Reliable power supply and power backup arrangements (preferred).
- A quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free workspace suitable for conducting online classes.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar online teaching platforms.

Skills Required

- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Working knowledge of French at an intermediate level or above.
- Explicit pronunciation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners in an online environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-centric approach to teaching.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online teaching tools
