About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Analyst with strong documentation, analytical thinking, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating clear and structured documentation while having a basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, Meeting Minutes (MoM), and Requirement Documents.
- Create and maintain User Stories, Tasks, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Assist in preparing process flows, workflow diagrams, and AS-IS / TO-BE documentation.
- Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders.
- Support requirement clarification during development and testing.
- Assist in preparing test scenarios and validating implemented functionality.
- Maintain project artifacts, requirement traceability, and change documentation.
- Use Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools to manage requirements and work items.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel,



Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–1 years of experience (Freshers with relevant internships or project experience can apply).
- Excellent documentation and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRD, and FRD documentation.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of SDLC.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail.

- Solid interest in Business Analysis and Documentation.
- Ability to organize information into clear and structured documents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (Business Analytics / IT) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
