UI/UX Designer – WIX & Website Design

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can combine solid visual design with a good understanding of user experience and website development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in WIX and experience working with other website builders.

You will be responsible for designing modern, intuitive and conversion-focused websites for our clients—from understanding the brief and creating layouts to building and delivering the website.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging, user-friendly and responsive website interfaces.
- Create website wireframes, layouts and UI designs based on client requirements.
- Build and customise websites using WIX.
- Work with other website builders such as Webflow, WordPress, Framer, Shopify, etc.
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Apply strong principles of typography, spacing, colour, visual hierarchy and usability.
- Create landing pages and websites focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Collaborate with the branding, content, social media and development teams.
- Understand client briefs and translate business objectives into effective digital experiences.
- Make design revisions based on client/team feedback.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX, web design and website-building trends.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX and website design.
- Strong hands-on experience with WIX is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of at least one or more other website builders.




- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or similar.
- Good understanding of typography, grids, layouts, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs that are both aesthetically strong and functionally effective.
- Basic understanding of SEO, website performance and conversion optimisation is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
