We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Google Ads, PPC campaign management, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing)
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign audits
- Manage campaign budgets and improve key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
- Create and test ad copies, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Set up and analyze conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Optimize landing pages and campaigns to improve lead quality
- Stay updated with Google Ads updates, PPC trends, and new advertising strategies
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams for better marketing results

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC
- Strong understanding of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, and Remarketing
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of keyword research,



bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Google Ads Certification
- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and basic SEO concepts
- Understanding of AI-driven advertising trends and automation features in Google Ads
