We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Academic Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students through their academic journey, supporting them with program understanding, career planning, and ensuring an enriching learning experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about education, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are driven by outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed counseling sessions with prospective learners to understand their educational background, goals, and career aspirations.
- Guide students in choosing the right upGrad programs that align with their objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enrolled learners, offering academic guidance and motivation throughout their learning journey.
- Address learner concerns promptly and effectively,



ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Admissions, Product, and Delivery to provide seamless student support.
- Monitor learner progress and intervene proactively in case of delays or drop-offs.
- Maintain detailed records of learner interactions and update CRM tools accordingly.
- Provide timely reports and feedback to management on learner issues and academic performance trends.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
