We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive/Legal Advisor with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our legal and compliance functions. The candidate will assist in contract management, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal departments and external legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and maintain legal agreements, contracts, and notices.

Assist in preparing and verifying legal documents related to construction projects.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, and consultants when required.

Maintain legal records and documentation.

Support the team in handling legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters.

Conduct legal research and provide basic legal opinions on routine matters.





Assist in obtaining approvals, licenses, and statutory compliances.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.).

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a construction, infrastructure, or real estate company is preferred.

Basic knowledge of contract law, property law, and legal documentation.

Good drafting and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
