Job Summary

We are looking for an Embedded Test Engineer to join the Adobe Print & Scan team in Noida. The role involves testing embedded software that runs within print and scan devices and ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless integration of product features.

You will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated tests, developing test scripts, identifying defects, and improving overall test automation coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for embedded software features.
- Perform Black Box and White Box testing to validate product functionality and code-level behavior.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and automation using Python and/or Shell/Bash.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and report findings.
- Design and implement strategies to continuously improve automated test coverage.
- Participate in product requirements, development, and design discussions from a testing perspective.
- Work closely with development and product teams to ensure new features integrate seamlessly with existing functionality.




- Apply software testing best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Aggregate and report testing results and provide quality insights to the team.

Required Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design comprehensive test scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting and/or Shell/Bash scripting.
- Good understanding of Operating Systems and computer fundamentals.
- Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test case design.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in embedded system testing.
- Experience testing firmware, device drivers, embedded Linux, or hardware-related software.
- Knowledge of C/C++ and basic programming concepts.
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Exposure to White Box testing or code-level testing.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
