Kindergarten Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and child-centered Kindergarten Teacher to join our Primary Years Programme (PYP) team. The ideal candidate will foster inquiry-based learning, nurture curiosity, and create a joyful classroom environment aligned with IB philosophy. Contact-(phone hidden)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Develop Units of Inquiry based on transdisciplinary themes
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Encourage inquiry, exploration, and concept-based learning
- Observe, assess, and document student progress using formative and summative assessments
- Maintain portfolios and student records as per IB standards
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning
- Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication
- Participate in school events, career development, and IB training





Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood / Primary preferred)
- Montessori / ECCE certification is an advantage
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and experiential learning
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for early childhood development
- Freshers with strong foundational knowledge may also apply

IB experience or training is preferred but not mandatory. The school provides IB professional development and training opportunities for selected candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,735.81 - ₹15,143.56 per month
