About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives in the Real Estate sector.

The role involves business development, sales, marketing, lead generation, client handling, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients, building professional relationships, generating business opportunities, and working with digital and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
- Handle sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, brokers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.




- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer experience.
- Use digital platforms, AI tools, and technology to improve productivity and business development.
- Support marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives.

Qualification

- Graduate or Postgraduate candidates preferred.

Compensation

₹20,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
