Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science / IT or related stream.

Experience: Min 3 years

Job Profile:

Responsible for managing, maintaining & supporting the IT Infrastructure includes systems, networks, hardware, Software etc. Also to ensure timely and advanced support to all employees by minimising the downtime. May be required to provide support outside normal working hours during exigencies. Work involves activities related to all group companies as and when required.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge in handling Network Systems, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Networking, DNS, Switches and Routers.
- Hands on experience with Windows OS, Linux OS & Firewalls.Knowledge in CCTV, Biometric System & EPABX.
- Exposure in trouble shooting IT devices & systems.Exposure in Server Management and Cloud Applications.
- Knowledge in all IT Security Policies.




- Knowledge in data back up procedures and assest management systems.
- Co ordinate with vendors and service providers for all IT related requirements.
- Exposure in mail systems viz. Outlook / Gmail / G -suite subscriptions.
- knowledge in Software lincencing & subscriptions.
- Exposure in managing UPS / Invertor systems.
- Basic knowledge in HTML for first level support in Website and Content upload (desirable).
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop for photo editing (desirable).
- Exposure in dealing with mobile service providers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
