We are looking for an experienced Outreach Specialist to manage and execute link-building and digital PR campaigns across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO and outreach, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting publisher relationships. This role also involves campaign performance tracking, client coordination, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Find relevant outreach, guest-posting, link-building, and publisher opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with website owners, vendors, publishers, and industry contacts
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors for placements, pricing, and collaborations
- Research websites for relevance, traffic, authority, and quality
- Use email-finder tools to identify the right decision-makers and contact details
- Create personalized outreach emails and follow-up sequences
- Maintain outreach records, vendor databases, live-link reports,



and campaign trackers
- Coordinate with SEO and content teams to secure relevant backlinks and placements

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make connections and spot new outreach opportunities
- Existing connections within the publishing, guest-posting, or link-building industry are a plus
- Knowledge of email-finder and outreach tools such as Hunter, Apollo, Snov.io, LinkedIn, etc.
- Understanding of SEO, backlinks, guest posts, niche edits, and publisher outreach
- Valuable research skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with SEO and outreach tools is preferred.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or SEO are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
