- Strategic Hiring: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and build targeted sourcing strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
- Active & Passive Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, networking, social media, and skilled platforms, to attract top-tier talent
- Onboarding & Exit formalities
- Employee Engagement & Grievance Redressal
