Job Title: Master on Duty (MOD)

Location: Kushalnagar, Karnataka

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Master on Duty (MOD) to oversee the overall hospital operations during the assigned shift. The MOD will coordinate with different departments, handle operational issues, ensure smooth patient services, and escalate critical matters to the management when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate overall hospital operations during the assigned shift.

* Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and patient services.

* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, housekeeping, security, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments.

* Handle and resolve operational issues and patient/attendant concerns promptly.

* Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and duty arrangements during the shift.

* Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts.

* Respond to emergencies and coordinate with the concerned departments.

* Monitor cleanliness, safety, security, and overall hospital environment.

* Ensure hospital policies, procedures, and protocols are followed.

* Escalate serious complaints, incidents,



and operational issues to the appropriate authority.

* Maintain proper documentation of incidents and shift activities.

* Conduct regular rounds and identify operational gaps.

* Support management in maintaining quality patient care and hospital standards.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

* Previous experience in hospital operations or administration preferred.

* Candidates with experience as **MOD / Duty Manager / Hospital Operations Executive** will be preferred.

* Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
