Key Responsibilities

- Study customer inquiries, technical specifications, and project requirements.

- Prepare accurate and detailed technical and commercial proposals.

- Prepare quotations and cost estimates based on project requirements.

- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Purchase, and other internal teams.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain technical details and commercial quotations.

- Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs, and other proposal-related documents.

- Review technical requirements, drawings, and specifications to ensure proposal accuracy.

- Evaluate project requirements and identify suitable products and solutions.

- Compare vendor quotations and support cost optimization.

- Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and within the required timelines.

- Maintain proper records of quotations, proposals, and related documentation.

- Follow up on submitted proposals and support the sales team with technical and commercial clarifications.

- Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and missing information before proposal submission.

Key Skills Required





- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of cost estimation and quotation preparation.

- Good understanding of engineering products and technical specifications.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and documentation.

- Solid communication and coordination skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

- Freshers with a strong technical aptitude may also be considered.

Experience

- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in Proposal Engineering, Estimation, Quotation, Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales can apply.

- Experience in manufacturing, machinery, industrial equipment, or engineering industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
