Role Overview

This role is a perfect launchpad for someone looking to start a career in business development, client engagement, or lifestyle services. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll work with leads already provided by Klicpic via our CRM. Your job is to connect, engage, and guide these families into booking the perfect photoshoot experience.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with potential clients (expecting/new parents) via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Understand their needs and explain Klicpic’s maternity or newborn packages
- Guide them to a booking through friendly, confident follow-ups
- Keep your leads organized and updated in our CRM system




- Build relationships that turn one-time shoots into lifelong memories

Who You Are

- A fresh graduate (or up to 2 years’ experience) with a degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Media, or any stream with strong people skills
- Excellent communication in English and one regional language (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Telgu, Kannada)
- Empathetic, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment
