- Coordinate and support end-to-end project planning and execution, including timeline development, resource allocation and tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and status reporting to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage procurement and inventory operations, including vendor sourcing,
- negotiations, supplier relationship management, and oversight of domestic and international logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Support product approvals and certifications by coordinating with regulatory bodies, maintaining audit and compliance documentation, and ensuring quality control of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Analyze and improve operational processes; develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); and assist in deploying tools and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee day-to-day office and factory operations, provide operational support to cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and compliance documentation.
