We are looking for an experienced Head Cashier to manage daily cash operations and lead the cash-handling team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily cash receipts, payments, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Supervise and lead Cash Officers/Cashiers and monitor team performance.
- Ensure accurate cash records and daily cash closing.
- Handle bank coordination and cash-flow reporting.
- Ensure compliance with cash controls and company policies.
- Identify and resolve cash discrepancies.
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements & Skills:

- 5–7years of experience in Cash Management
- Mandatory team-handling experience.
- Robust cash management and reconciliation skills.
- Good banking operations knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
