Looking for COMMII I , II & III level cooks for an established Continental Steakhouse

Needs to have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Continental kitchen

1). Preparing Sauces for steaks and grilling meat

2). Candidates need to be comfortable working with all meats

3). Checking, Maintaining & Ordering of Stock & Inventory

4) Carrying out daily and weekly kitchen safety checks, oversee cleaning procedures

5) Creating current menu items, ability to create fusion options is an expectation

This is an immediate requirement, so we're looking to hire as early as ppossible

Candidate need to give a food trial for final selection
