We are looking for experienced Banking Sales / Relationship professionals who have good knowledge of banking products and customer handling.

Candidates with experience in Insurance Sales, Bancassurance, Rural Banking, Loan Recovery, Collection, Microfinance, NBFC or Field Sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Generate new business through customer acquisition
- Promote relevant banking and insurance products
- Visit customers in rural and semi-urban areas
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets
- Conduct regular field visits and customer follow-ups
- Support collection and recovery activities where required
- Maintain customer records and daily activity reports

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation in any stream
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Good knowledge of banking products and services
- Robust customer-handling and communication skills
- Comfortable with field work and rural/semi-urban customer visits
- Ability to work with sales and business targets
- Valid two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally will be preferred

Pay: ₹35,014.46 - ₹80,531.19 per month
