As the company grows, the role can expand into broader people and HR coordination.
The Role
We are looking for a smart, organised and proactive Recruitment & People Coordinator who can work independently from home.
You will act as the first point of contact for job applicants and help manage the recruitment process from the moment an application is received until suitable candidates are shortlisted for the next stage.
The objective is simple:
Management should spend time only with candidates who have already been properly screened and assessed.
You will help make that happen.

- Assess the candidate's relevant experience, communication, motivation and suitability.
- Identify potential concerns or gaps.
- Prepare a concise candidate assessment for management.
- Maintain a structured database or tracker of all applicants and their current status.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups where required.

- Relevant experience
- Key strengths
- Concerns or gaps
- Communication and general impression
- Suitability for the specific role
- Recommendation: Proceed / Hold / Not Suitable
- Specific points management should explore further
The objective is to identify the right talent.
We need someone who can read a requirement, understand what we are looking for and help us separate:
Potentially strong candidates from people who merely look valuable on paper.
Future Responsibilities
As w grow, the role may gradually expand to include:
- Preparing and posting job descriptions
- Managing recruitment campaigns
- Coordinating onboarding
- Maintaining employee documentation
- Supporting probation and performance follow-up
- Employee communication and coordination
- Basic HR process development
- Supporting team growth and people operations
The role has the potential to grow along with the company.

You should ideally have:
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination or similar work.
- Good experience screening CVs and speaking with candidates.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and/or Hindi would be an advantage.
- The ability to conduct a structured but natural conversation with candidates.
- Good judgement and attention to detail.
- Comfort using WhatsApp, email, Google Workspace and online meeting tools.
- The ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is:
- Organised
- Responsive
- Mature
- Practical
- Good with people
