The ideal candidate should have:
- Good patient management and communication skills
- Ability to manage appointments and patient follow-ups efficiently
- Sound knowledge of basic general dentistry, including scaling, fillings, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- A calm, compassionate, and professional approach towards patients
- Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced specialist dentists
- Commitment to working as part of a skilled dental team
