Nakshatra is an astrology and spiritual-services platform offering customer consultations, personalised reports, digital services, content, and related offerings.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Consultation Executive to interact with customers, understand their requirements, explain available services, coordinate appointments, and support the overall customer journey.

The role involves customer communication, follow-ups, appointment coordination, and sales support. This is a customer-facing coordination role and does not require the candidate to independently provide professional astrology advice.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant company services.
- Coordinate appointments and connect customers with the appropriate service team.
- Manage follow-ups for enquiries, registrations, appointments, and pending requests.
- Assist customers with booking and payment-related coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer information and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and support customer retention.
- Track enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and daily activities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex requests to the appropriate team.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, customer service, counselling, or customer success is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant customer-handling experience may also be considered.
- Basic familiarity with astrology is preferred.
- Good spoken Hindi and working knowledge of English.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and calling tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Comfortable working from the Delhi office and with rostered weekend/festival schedules when required.

Important Role Information

This position is focused on customer communication, service coordination, and sales support. Candidates are not required to independently interpret charts, make predictions, or provide skilled astrology advice.
