Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and database management.
- Track customer interactions and maintain communication records.
- Support lead management and customer retention activities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
