We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Electrician Trainer in Shivpuri tehsil -Satanwara, Village - Jamoniya who provide theoretical and practical training to candidates in basic electrical work, wiring, installation, maintenance, electrical safety, and use of electrical tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions for Assistant Electrician candidates.
- Demonstrate basic electrical wiring, installation, repair, and maintenance procedures.
- Train candidates in the identification and proper use of electrical tools, equipment, wires, cables, switches, sockets, MCBs, and other components.
- Provide hands-on training in domestic and basic commercial electrical installations.
- Explain electrical circuits, connections, load calculation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Train candidates in safe handling of electrical equipment and workplace safety practices.
- Demonstrate testing procedures using multimeters, testers, clamp meters, and other relevant instruments.
- Train candidates in fault identification, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct practical demonstrations,



assignments, mock activities, and assessments.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to electrical safety procedures during practical sessions.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain trainee attendance, assessment records, practical logs, and training reports.
- Support trainees in developing job-ready technical and workplace skills.
- Maintain training tools, equipment, electrical labs, and practical materials.
- Ensure training activities are conducted according to the prescribed curriculum and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the training-center/project team regarding batch schedules, assessments, and trainee progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
