Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle Non-IT recruitment for both Blue Collar and White Collar positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of relevant recruitment experience.




- Experience in both Blue Collar & White Collar recruitment is required.
- Strong experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment timelines.
- Candidates with strong local sourcing networks will be preferred.

Languages Required: Malayalam, English & Hindi – Mandatory
