Job description:

- Manage the complete bid lifecycle, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, and tender submissions.
- Hands-on experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPP Portal, and State e-Tender portals.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical, Finance, Legal and OEM partners for timely bid submissions.
- Manage GeM activities, including bid participation, reverse auctions, product/service catalogue management, purchase orders and contract execution.
- Obtain OEM quotations, authorizations, compliance certificates and supporting documentation.




- Strong understanding of Government / Enterprise procurement processes and enterprise bidding.
- Excellent proposal writing, documentation and compliance management skills.
- Prepare BoQs, pricing sheets, commercial comparisons and bid documentation.
- Track bid pipelines, maintain MIS reports and monitor bid success rates.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF/document management tools.
- Experience in the IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cyber Security, Cloud or System Integration industry is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹55,951.42 per month
