HR Coordinator – Real Estate Channel Partner

Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Work: 4 Days/Week — Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday
Office: Mandatory
Team: 3 HR Coordinators

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard 20–25 Real Estate Channel Partners.
- Activate and continuously engage all CPs.
- Ensure every CP generates 1 site visit every 15 days.
- Drive the CP team toward minimum 1 sale every month.
- Follow up with CPs, leads, site visits and prospects.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and the Project Team.
- Conduct regular CP meetings, training and performance reviews.
- Maintain CP performance and sales reports.
- Replace inactive/non-performing CPs when required.
- Take complete ownership of CP recruitment → site visits → sales conversion.





Incentive: ₹25,000 per successful sale generated through their CP team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
