We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead architectural design and project delivery from concept to execution. The role involves design development, client and consultant coordination, technical review, site supervision, and guiding the project team to achieve design quality and project timelines.
Qualification: Diploma / B.Arch / Masters If Any
Key Responsibilities
· Lead architectural design development from concept to execution.
· Develop and review concept, schematic, detailed and working drawings.
· Manage project design requirements, timelines and deliverables.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
· Review architectural, structural, MEPF coordination, BOQs and technical details.
· Identify and resolve design and technical issues.
· Conduct site visits and ensure execution follows approved drawings and design intent.
· Guide and review work prepared by Junior Architects and Designers.
· Participate in client meetings, presentations and design discussions.
· Ensure project quality, documentation and timely completion.
· Coordinate with internal teams from design development through project execution.
