About the Role: We are looking for a hardworking and energetic Commis Chef (Assistant Cook) to join our growing cloud kitchen brand, Any Time Fish, at our Jadavpur location. In this role, you will work directly under our Head Bengali Cook, assisting with daily kitchen preparations and ensuring smooth operations. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a rapid-paced, delivery-only kitchen environment that specializes in authentic Bengali cuisine and premium fish dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Cook with daily food preparation, including chopping vegetables, cleaning and marinating fish, chicken, and mutton.
- Prepare basic ingredients, spice mixes (masalas), and sauces required for authentic Bengali dishes.
- Help manage the cooking stations and ensure all supplies are readily available during peak order hours.
- Ensure the kitchen, utensils, and equipment are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.




- Assist in portioning and packing food accurately and securely for delivery.
- Follow all food health, safety, and hygiene guidelines strictly.

Requirements:

- Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) as a kitchen assistant, helper, or commis chef.
- Basic understanding of Bengali cuisine, spices, and ingredients.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure cloud kitchen environment.
- Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions from the Head Cook.
- High standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
