Urgent opening for the Proposal Engineer.

1. Tender & RFQ Management

- Study and analyze RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and tenders related to organic waste management, biogas, and waste-to-energy projects.
- Prepare internal tender summaries, scope interpretations, and compliance matrices.
- Identify technical, commercial, and contractual risks and highlight deviations or gaps in tender documents.

2. Technical Proposal Preparation

- Prepare detailed technical proposals for:
- EnergyBin systems (500–1000 kg/day)
- Biogas plants (small to large scale)
- Integrated organic waste treatment solutions
- Develop process descriptions, system configurations, equipment lists, and performance commitments.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for capacity calculations, layouts, utilities, and process selection.
- Ensure proposals reflect practical, operable, and O&M-friendly; solutions.

3. Commercial & Costing Support

- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams to prepare:
- BOQs and technical specifications
- Cost estimates and pricing assumptions
- Support preparation of price bids, including CAPEX, OPEX, and AMC / O&M; components.
- Ensure commercial submissions protect margins and align with company pricing strategy.

4. Compliance & Documentation

- Compile and submit complete tender documentation including:
- Technical schedules
- Compliance statements
- Deviation sheets
- Supporting credentials and statutory documents
- Maintain and update a repository of standard formats, certificates, case studies, and past submissions.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as a coordination link between sales, engineering, procurement, finance,



and O&M; teams.
- Support sales during pre-bid meetings, technical clarifications, and client presentations.
- Assist in post-order handover and scope finalisation to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Process Improvement & Standardisation

- Support development of standard proposal templates, technical write-ups, and datasheets.
- Contribute to standardisation of EnergyBin offerings for faster proposal turnaround.
- Capture learnings from won/lost bids and support continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely submission of proposals
- Accuracy and completeness of technical and commercial bids
- Reduction in post-order scope clarifications and deviations
- Quality of proposal documentation and compliance
- Support to bid win ratio and proposal turnaround time

Educational Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related engineering discipline

Experience Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in proposal engineering, tendering, or techno-commercial roles
- Prior exposure to waste management, biogas, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects preferred
- Experience with government / PSU / institutional tenders is an advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
