Position: Customer Support Executive – Blended Process

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduates Only

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year of International BPO Experience (Mandatory)

Compensation:

- Up to ₹4.40 LPA
- ₹29,000 In-Hand Salary
- ₹6,000 Monthly Allowance
- Total Monthly Earnings of up to ₹35,000

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Transportation: Both-Side Cab Facility

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries from US-based customers.
- Assist customers with account and service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Follow established process guidelines and quality standards.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.




- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Experience in handling international customer interactions.
