We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging social media creatives, posters, advertisements, thumbnails, and other marketing materials, along with editing professional videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to convert concepts, scripts, and raw footage into high-quality visual content.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create creative and attractive social media posts, posters, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Design creatives according to the company's branding and client requirements.
- Develop visual concepts based on content calendars, campaign requirements, and creative briefs.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, colors, and overall brand identity.
- Create promotional creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
- Resize and adapt designs according to different social media platform requirements.
- Prepare final design files in appropriate formats for digital and print use.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, presentation videos, content videos, and marketing videos.
- Convert raw footage into engaging and professional videos.
- Add suitable transitions, subtitles, captions, music, sound effects, graphics, and animations.
- Perform basic colour correction, colour grading, audio editing, and video enhancement.
- Create engaging hooks, pacing, and storytelling suitable for social media audiences.
- Create multiple versions and formats of videos according to platform requirements.
- Edit videos according to scripts, references, brand guidelines, and client feedback.
- Ensure all videos are properly formatted and exported in high quality.





Motion Graphics & Creative Content

- Create basic motion graphics, text animations, lower thirds, transitions, and animated elements.
- Develop creative visual concepts for advertisements and social media campaigns.
- Create thumbnails and other supporting visual assets for video content.
- Stay updated with current social media design, editing, and content trends.

Team Coordination

- Work closely with the content creator, digital marketing team, cameraman/DOP, presenters, and creative team.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into finished designs and videos.
- Coordinate with the team to complete assigned projects within deadlines.
- Take feedback positively and make required revisions.
- Maintain proper organization of project files, footage, graphics, and final exports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of social media formats and creative trends.
- Basic understanding of colour correction, audio editing, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Good storytelling and creative thinking ability.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
