*Job Overview:*

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our growing accounting team as Account Executives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in US Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance through hands-on experience and structured professional training.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in US bookkeeping activities using tools such as QuickBooks and Xero

* Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately

* Prepare bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations

* Support senior accountants in the preparation of financial statements

* Assist in the preparation of US tax returns (Individual and Business)

* Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation

* Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce,



Accounting, Finance, or a related field

* Basic understanding of accounting principles

* Strong willingness to learn US accounting and taxation

* Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

* Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word

* High attention to detail with an analytical mindset

Preferred (Optional):

* Familiarity with QuickBooks or any accounting software

* Prior internship or training in accounting

* Basic exposure to US accounting concepts

Work Schedule:

* 16th January to 15th April: Sunday Off

* 16th April to 15th October: 2nd & 4th Saturday and Sunday Off

* 16th October to 15th January: All Saturdays and Sundays Off
