About the Role

Zero Design Studio is the creative and content division of Shivam Video, working across 3D anamorphic content, CGI, motion graphics, immersive experiences, and digital content.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in social media. Around 80% of the role will focus on Social Media Marketing, with additional responsibilities across SEO, email marketing, paid promotions, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and creative teams for content execution.
- Develop ideas for posts, reels, carousels, stories, campaigns, and videos.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy.
- Monitor trends, algorithms, competitors, and audience behaviour.
- Manage paid promotions and post boosting.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Handle basic SEO, email marketing, and digital analytics activities.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and content formats.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,



and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Good content planning and copywriting skills.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience, especially in social media.
- Experience managing business/brand social media accounts will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, YouTube Studio, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
- A strong social media/content portfolio will be preferred.
