Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Executive with minimum 2 years in travel operations. This is an all-rounder role involving Group Tours, FIT bookings, one-day picnics and school tour coordination ensuring smooth execution and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end operations for Group Tours & FIT bookings
- Plan and execute student groups, leisure tours and customized itineraries
- Manage one-day picnics & overnight tours (planning, execution & coordination)
- Coordinate with schools for picnics, excursions and educational tours
- Arrange and manage volunteers/tour coordinators for smooth on-ground execution
- Handle hotel bookings, transport, meals and sightseeing arrangements
- Coordinate with vendors, DMCs, hotels and transporters
- Prepare costing, vouchers and confirmations




- Monitor live tours & handle last-minute changes and escalations

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in travel operations (Group + FIT mandatory)
- Experience in handling student groups / school tours / picnics
- Strong coordination & vendor negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tours, picnics & bookings simultaneously
- Good knowledge of destinations and logistics
- Ability to work under pressure and handle on-ground challenges
